I am greatly opposed to the proposed change. The reason I signed up for the Do Not Call list was to stop receiving telemarketing calls entirely, not simply to avoid having to talk to a human. At least with a human, I can tell them to add my number to their internal Do Not Call list. This modification would open up floodgates to automated telephone spamming. Please, please PLEASE do not approve this change!!!!!
