I am not in favor of any rule change that might result in additional unsolicited phone calls to my home, whether or not I have any established business relationship. I currently get calls now where no one is there when I answer. I would like these to stop. I am on the Do-Not-Call list but still get calls (although many many fewer since the law took effect...THANK-YOU!!). I am not in favor of any amendment that might make it less burdensome for telemarketers to make their calls legally. I am NEVER in favor of allowing any pre-recorded messages at all. My phone should ring only when my family or friends call; NEVER for a sales call. My phone should be for my private use. If anything, please make the laws and rules governing telemarketers TOUGHER!!!
