This is a terrible idea. The Commission should be working to strengthen the privacy of individual and extend the "Do Not Call List" to survey companies and politicians. Consumers know how to contact businesses with whom they have estasblished relationships. This proposal is merely another attempt by the telemarketing industry to regain its noxious and unwelcome place in the private lives of individuals.
