I ALREADY get telemarketer calls on my CELL PHONE which I had listed on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Now you want to make it easier for companies to call me? I pay for my phone... Shouldn't I have SOME control over who calls me? Let these jerks (telemarketers) call the people not on the list. People put there number on the do not call list BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE CALLED. This is like the cable company being to force your TV to turn on so they can sell adds. Consumers should have rights too!
