what part of "do not call" don't you understand. It is not right to market to everybody. The intent of the law was to reduce the amount of intrusion in our lives. The idea of prerecorded messages is offensive. While I understand the appeal to a business, low cost. The person on the phone is not automaticly a consumer just by owning a phone.
