I believe that if the FTC does add this loophole into the system of the Do-Not-Call list, that list was in a sense a massive phone spam sign-up system. Even though the terminology would be for an "established business relation", it would just open up avenues of areas where companies could continue what they did before the list was made. Please do not give in to this amendment on the DNC list, I did not sign up to have my phone number plastered on a wall for every business to call. I signed up for the list to not receive any calls. Recorded messages are just as annoying and the same thing as an actual person calling. Either way it's not pleasant. Sincerely, Joe A.
