"The Commission invites interested persons to submit comments on a proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship" ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR MINDS? THIS IS NOTHING MORE NOR LESS THAN THE COMPLETE EVISCERATION OF THE RULE. "ESTABLISHED BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP" WILL WIND UP BEING CONSTRUED AS PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE SAME COUNTRY AS THE BUSINESS IN QUESTION, THUS ALLOWING CALLS TO EVERYONE. AGAIN, ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR MINDS?
