No, no, no. Do Not Call means Do Not Call means Do Not Call. It does not matter if the caller is a human or is a machine - do not dial my number if my number is on the Do Not Call list. It only invites more abuses. The reason for the Do Not Call list was due to abuses in the first place. Do not bastardize the list by allowing it to be abused, as that was the reason it became necessary to begin with. If it ain't broke, then don't fix it.
