Please DO NOT allow a loophole in the Do-Not-Call registry that permits pre-recorded messages. Also, please do not change the call abandonment measurement from a per-diem metric. The Do-Not-Call list has brought peace and harmony to my telephone. Please do not compromise the good work that has already been done. (If the FTC really wants to make changes to the Do-Not-Call registry, how about removing the loopholes that allow political candidates to harrass us with their pre-recorded messages.)
