I object to ANY opening up or relaxation of the do-not-call rules. I submitted my name specifically to NOT receive marketing calls. If you open this loophole, you will open the floodgates to millions of unwanted calls. In addition, since you provide the do-not-call list to telemarketers, you would be providing them with ready-made lists of people who are not expecting calls and therefore more likey to be a target of their marketing. It's not fair to the consumers like myself who signed up in good faith. This is certainly not in the spirit of the law, and maybe not in the letter of the law either.
