Opening this loophole is a terrible idea! How can you EVEN think the impact will be minimal? Have you ever received this recorded messages, WHICH, by the way, SELDOM ever have a way to opt-out. If they DO, it requires ME to call THEM back...totally unacceptable. Also, the only way to try to get out of these is to have to listen to the message to begin with....and I'M NOT INTERESTED or I wouldn't be on the DO NOT CALL list to begin with. This list so far has been a blessing....quiet! Please, DO NOT DO THIS.
