I believe that allowing such calls will defeat the purpose of the Do Not Call list and will be perverted in such a manner as to allow people with whom I have no established business relationship to sell my contacts to "alliances", "partners" and other groups that I have never heard of and have NO INTEREST in ever hearing from. This is a bad exception to the good Do Not Call list and should NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY.
