I vehemently disagree with the proposed modification of the TSR to allow calls via pre-recorded messages. The original basis for which I, and many others, signed up for this database was under the assumption that NO unsoliticed telemarketing calls would be permitted. Now, after the fact, you want to change the rules of the game. This is not acceptable. DO NOT change the rules regarding unsoliticed telemarketing calls.
