Comments:
I am opposed to the proposed rule change, which tends to allow increased use of machine-placed telephone call. I find that these calls waste time at work (as well as are an bother at home). In particular the opt-out provision is particular objectionable because telemarketer do unfairly stretch the definition of a business relationship and bury the opt-out notifications so that such a provision is not read or understood.
