I signed up for the "Do-No-Call" list for a reason. It is crazy that you'll open up a loop-hole which will be taken to absurd limits (i.e. exactly what telemarketers will call an established business relationship.") This list is to STOP telemarketing calls all-together. The telemarketers will use this loop-hole, and all effort, value, resources, and money that have been invested in the current Do-Not-Call registry will be a waste. Also, recorded messages????? These are the easiest messages to automate, and mass distribute!!! Recorded messages equate to email SPAM! This is absoluetely the worst thing you could do!!! Please, please, please, do not open up loop-holes in the Do-Not-Call list. Leave it as people would expect, a "DO-NOT-CALL" list to be. If you open up these loop holes, at minimum, rename the list to a "DO-NOT-CALL-AS-MUCH" list or some other fitting name. Regards, -Jeremy
