Do not allow more telemarketer access to invade my privacy. If anything, existing loopholes should be CLOSED. What is the difference between a pre-recorded advertisement and a live telemarketing call? Both intrude on my home through the telephone. Claiming that these calls will only be made by "previous business relationships" is a total joke. These companies buy and sell these lists like pens and paper. It is ripe for abuse as we have already seen with spam emails. Consumers have overwhelmingly supported the Do-Not-Call list AS-IS because they are fed up with telemarketing in ALL FORMS.
