I do not want to receive phone solicitations, period. Especially pre-recorded ones. Companies are so large these days that you can be bothered about other services they offer that you may have no interest in, just because they're your phone company, etc. If you're going to start throwing in loopholes you might as well abandon the entire Do Not Call registry and go back to the horrible way it used to be. Getting all the pre-recorded messages during the election time was bad enough. If it was like that all the time I'd probably disconnect my phone service. I don't care if I do business with them or not. I should have the right to not be bothered in my own home.
