Comments:
Do NOT authorize recorded messages to persons/telephone numbers that are on the national Do Not Call registery. Recordings are more of an intrusion that live calls. You can tell a live caller you are on the list. A recording at best gives you a means to get on their Do-not-call-again list IF you listen all the way through to the end. On the other hand, many recorded marketers may not give the call recipient that option. The present Do Not Call List works the way it was intended--it ensures a modicum of privacy from unwarrented intrusion over a medium the individual public members buys.
