I fear that this loophole will be greatly abused as the term "established business relationship" is vague beyond any resonable persons comprehension. It is abused millions of times daily by spammers using e-mail as a communication media, to the extent that e-mail is becoming endangered under this overwhelming flood of unwanted, unsolicited commercial communication. Give them and inch and they will take a mile. Thanks for "listening". Just a taxpayer..
