I strongly disagree with the proposed "opening up" of the do-no-call list to allow companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing. While the loop-hole may exist to do such a thing, it is clearly not what those who signed up for the list expected. Therefore, the idea should not be pursued any further.
