To Whom it may concern, I think this idea to open up the do not call list to be a very bad one. Even if it is done in a limited set, the rules can be abused, and it opens the rules to the posiblity to more changing. Though if anything were to changed, I would request that it be made more restictive to cut out groups that do still call (charities etc.). - Niels
