No, I would not be in favor of this amendment. With all of the store discount cards a person carries, this establishes a business relationship with dept. stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, and you name it. I would not appreciate telemarketing prerecorded messages from these businesses. They are a nuisance in my home. If I have a need or question for something I am shopping for, I will make the call to the business I choose. They need not call me to persuade me, pressure me or intimidate me to do business with them. That is my choice, not theirs.
