I am vehemently opposed to allowing telemarketers to call with pre-recorded messages. Please do not allow this. I love having my phone on the Do Not Call list when it means I don't get unsolicited calls. Please do not ruin this. Being called by a machine is even more annoying than an unsolicited human being calling you.
