I am very much opposed to any change to the Telemarketing Sales Rule which will weaken the rules and allow companies to further bother people with telemarketing pre-recorded or not. If people wished to recieve telemarketing messages they would not have asked to be placed on the do-not-call list in the first place. Companies already have ready access to any customer that wish to be inundated with telemarketing messages. Let's keep things the way they are. Thanks, Kurt Heninger
