I urge the Commission to protect the rights of consumers to opt out of all telemarketing calls, whether the calls are pre-recorded or not. The consumer is ideally placed to determine whether established business relationships are worth pursuing or not, and he/she should not be inundated by unwanted phone calls. Please protect the peace.
