Comments:
I explicitly joined the national "Do Not Call" registry to avoid telemarketing calls made either via human or mechanical means. To co-opt the list and begin to market to a list *EXPLICITLY* designed to eliminate unsolicited calls is irresponsible at best. I vehemently oppose the use of my personal information as delivered to the national "Do Not Call" registry for *ANY* type of marketing. In using my information without my approval, and in violation of the language of the registry itself, I fully intend to lodge a lawsuit, and to begin a class action. DO NOT PRESUME UPON MY PATIENCE. Again, if you open the registry to telemarketing, I will sue you, along with as many people across America as I can gather.
