Comments:
This act would only serve to weaken the current laws restricting the abuse of people by telemarketers. This act would open countless loopholes for abuse by telemarketers. Pre-recorded calls serve no purpose other than to thrust unrequested advertisements on people. The opportunities for this to be abused are huge, and marketers have proven time again they'll abuse any means to spam people. This act should be opposed vigorously. The very thought it's ven being considered disusts me.
