After the election campaign I have had enough prerecorded messages. I am against making any changes to the Do Not Call Registry rules that in any way loosens or downgrades the efficiency of the program. Isn’t it strange that the rules are so good that someone has to actually make loopholes in it. Most times programs are full of holes and we spend lots of time plugging them up. If for any reason the rules must be loosened, it needs to be an “OPT IN” not an “OPT OUT” situation.
