Please do not change the 'do not call' rules. It has been so nice not to have the telephone ringing nightly with unsolicited calls. Allowing pre-recorded calls will just return us to where we were. It doesn't matter to me whether it's a live or pre-recorded voice, I still have to get up, answere the call and spend 5 minutes cooling down.
