Comments:
I strongly object to any modification of existing law that will allow ANY organization to use automated messaging to call me, at home or at work, with ANY type of solicitation that I have previously chosen to "opt-out" of. I have the opportunity to switch off my radio or television to avoid un- wanted messages and/or advertising. Doing the same with a telephone/cellluar phone or voice mail is unrealistic because of the need for same as a "personal" communication device - not as an advertising medium. Thank you for your consideration of my interests and views.
