DO NOT ALLOW ANY FORM OF TELEMARKETING COMPANY ACCESS TO THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST. It completely negates the existance of such a list. Using such fancy speech as 'loopholes' and 'prior business relationship' basically equates to "we don't care what the public thinks, we will let big business screw you over." The entire idea behind this 'Do Not Call' list is to keep people from receiving phone calls offering them junk they do not want, need, or desire. They don't want ANYONE calling them trying to sell them ANYTHING. With the advent of a Wal-Mart on every fourth corner, Amazon, Target, and everyone else selling items through the internet, and Informercials still plaguing the TV airwaves, we DO NOT need anyone calling us trying to sell us their useless, overpriced widget. How hard is that to comprehend? WE DON'T WANT THESE CALLS. And don't try to let the telemarketters get away with it through that stupid 'prior business relationship' bullshit. If I have a prior business relationship with someone, THEY'LL ALREADY HAVE MY PHONENUMBER. They don't need it off the list I joined to KEEP PEOPLE FROM HAVING MY PHONE NUMBER. What part of this don't you people comprehend? Or are you blinded by the money being stuffed into your pockets by the telemarketer's lobbyists? THE GOVERNMENT IS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE, not sell us out to crooky businessmen looking to make a quick buck off Aunt May, who can't say no to anything.
