One of the reasons I signed up to this list was to attempt to avoid these pre-recorded messages. I would be highly upset to see provisions be opened to allow anyone to use the list to obtain my number, and communicate with me even within the bounds of the proposal. This proposal in my opinion would open up such a loophole, that the entire legislation would become worthless to consumers. Instead the list would be only useful to companies wishing to exploit such a loophole. Please remove this proposal from consideration. -Chad Smith
