Any weakening of the Do Not Call provision is unacceptable. There is no difference, from the receiver's point of view, between a caller and a pre-recorded caller. They must be treated the same. If a person has their phone number on the Do Not Call list, that is what it means-do not call. period. A recording does not change that in any significant way. Thanks Robert
