Comments:
I strongly object to the proposed amendment regarding allowing pre-recording messages to individuals who have placed their names on the Do-Not-Call Registery. The entire point of the Do-Not-Call Registery is to reduce the number of unwanted calls, and the proposed phrasing will not adhere to that. Indeed, telemarketing corporations have a long history of stretching the phrase 'established business relationship' to absurd extremes. I implore you to not weaken the Do-Not-Call Registery by including such language.
