sExcuse me, but if you're going to open up the list to commercial calls from businesses with which there are "prior connections", then why should we sign up to the DNC list? "Established business relationship" is an extraordinarily broad phrase. This would essentially undermine the reason for instituting the list in the first place. Our tax money would have been spent for nothing!
