Non-interactive pre-recorded messages should not be allowed to be broadcast over the telephone networks and interrupt the personal lives of millions of Americans who want there privacy at home. Secondly, a loophole would be created by allowing someone with a pre-existing business relationship. First, I have received several telemarking calls from my credit card company for offers not related to my credit card "business". This could easily allow these companies to send me pre-recorded messages advertising "credit rating" packages or insurance. Do not weaken the strong message Americans sent by creating the Do not call list. I have put my parents on this list to protect them from predatory telemarketers. Thank you for your time. My views are only my own, and not of my employer. Peter Olcott
