To whom it wmay concern, I do not want to receive recorded calls as much as I do not want to receive life sales calls either. There are two thing that are worth than live unsolicited sales calls. Those are abondandend unsolicited calls sales calls and recorded unsolicited sales calls. Do not call means DO NOT CALL and not "may be you call me in a different way or fashion". The change in rules regarding the abandent calls just opens doors to abuse. The three percent rule per day, per campaign sounds just bad enough. Otherwise, they try to manage and maximize their abandent volume, so it is equal 3% over 30 days, rather than being less than 3% every day (and for every campaign). Kind regards Kaj Kandler
