I am completely against allowing this sort of loophole. I have had numerous rude and unwanted calls from institutions I do business with which are unrelated to the exact business that I do with them and more related to other products or services they are offering which I have no interest in. These calls are therefore no different than any other unwarranted sales marketing calls.
