I am against any provision that allows businesses to call my phone with a pre recorded call. If there is a person on the other end, I have the opportunity to tell them I do not want to hear from them. With the prerecorded call, I have no such option. If it's a company I have a business relationship with calling me like this, I will end that relationship.
