As the Free Market System and Capitalism are proper outlets for establishing busisness relationships, the gov't is in no place to establish a busisness relationship for it's private citizens. This can be overlooked in the intrest of carities. The privacy, equality, and comfort of free citizens should come before capitalistic schananigans.
