On the matter of allowing calls from pre-recorded messages: *Please*, do not allow this new amendment that would allow "any business which I have an established business relationship" to call me with pre-recorded messages. If I wish to communicate with a business, I myself will call them first. The moment that a company calls me, without me first calling them, that is the moment I stop doing business with said company. In short: Calls made by pre-recorded messages are rude, impersonal, irritating, and by all measurements from a consumer standpoint, absolutely useless. I urge the members of the FTC, please vote NO on this amendment.
