Dear FTC, I went into total shock when I read the recent article in my home town newspaper, The Arizona Daily Star, THAT YOU WERE CONSIDERING THE ALLOWING OF ELECTRONIC PRERECORDED MESSAGES TO INTRUDE INTO OUR HOMES! Please note, it is practically impossible to hang up on an electronic prerecorded message WHEN YOU ARE ON CALL HOLDING. This results in unnecessarily tying up the phone lines, causing instant phone rage and frustration on both sides of the call. Blanket electronic prerecorded phone message campaigns should be outlawed completely. Personal calling, on the other hand, is not nearly as bad because you can politely disengage form the caller. Thank you for soliciting this input., Robert M Beaudry Tucson, AZ 85732
