Please do not create a loophole in the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow for those annoying pre-recorded messages. The only way those should be allowed is if the recipient has specifically opted in to such. The recipient must also intiate the action to opt in to any such pre-recorded messages. Anything short of that should be banned for those on the do not call list.
