Under no circumstances should this provision be allowed to pass. Not only does it violate the very word of the DO NOT CALL listing, it violates the spirit. When we signed up to not recieve unwanted phone calls, we meant we did not want any unwanted phone calls, prerecorded or live. Do not allow this provision to be added.
