Regarding: Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098, CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 310. "Do Not Call" means just that - Do Not Call Me! I certainly don't want a prerecorded message bothering me at all hours of the day and night seven days a week. I can't imagine what a pain in the ass it will be to actually get on the 'real" Do Not Call list without a human being on the other end of the line. I'm baffled that the FCC would think anyone who took the time to register for the Do Not Call list would find it acceptable for you to open this loophole. Regards, Harald Doering-Powell
