Pre-recorded messages are even worse than "personal" telemarketing calls. You can't tell a message never to call you again. I'm disappointed. I've registered TWICE on the national Do-Not-Call list. I subsequently dropped my "no solicitation" feature. Since then, I get 3-5 calls a day, with recorded messages. And NO, they are NOT people I've done business with! Just last week, I reenabled my no-solicitation service, at the cost of $7.00/mo. Your Do-Not-Call registry is nothing more than a farce and a joke. And now you want to effectively void it? This thing never had any teeth. Now you want to remove the gums as well. You've created and perpetuated a misanthropic joke on the American public. And you are a joke your own selves. Get real or get lost! I'm sorry I ever took this program seriously. And it's a shame that I have to pay good money to protect my privacy. And you should be ashamed of yourselves.
