Comments:
The proposed rule changes to allow telemarketing via pre-recorded messages to customers with a "previous business relationship" is a violation of the public trust and a violation of what the public believes the "Do Not Call" legislation entailed. Especially concerning is the "previous business relationship" clause - due to the multi-faceted nature of many companys and the relationships between companys, this is equivilant to a total invalidation of the Do Not Call list, since a massive amount of telemarketing will be crammed through this proposed loophole.
