I belive that allowing pre-recorded message telemarketing violates the spirit of the Do-Not-Call Registry. The Do-Not-Call Registry was set up for the express purose of sheltering the public from the barrage of highly intusive telemarking calls, be they pre-recorded or otherwise. I hope you act in the publics best interest and do not allow any loophole to be exploited.
