It is beyond my belief that the FTC would even consider allowing an ammendment which would hand the number of people who do not want calls to groups (no matter their relationship) for the purpose of calling them. If they do not want calls there is NO reason that ANYONE should call them short or an emergency or without prior arrangemnt. Do not allow this to happen!
