This rule should not be amended. I purposely added my number to the DNC list so as to NOT receive calls from these slime. The list is working fine as originally defined and does not need to be re-defined. In fact, I would rather restrict the list even further so as to not receive calls from anybody, including political or non-profit entities. I do not need these idiots calling my house up to 9pm in the evening and waking up my baby daughter. I already have door-to-door salesman who's ass I chew out for ringing the doorbell when it says not to. Sales people like these do not listen. The only thing they listen to is a 10-lb hammer right between the eyes. If anything, penalties should be drastically increased. Their failure to show a profit tells me that they don't know how to run a business and are, in effect, "spamming" me with their phone calls.
